If you can not make it on the day of your appointment, please give us a call 24 hours before your appointment.
If there is any issues after your lash appointment. Please contact us within 72hrs. We will do our best to rectify the issues.
Late Arrival
Filling
Please arrive on time on your appointment day. Please give us a call before hand if you will be 15-20 minutes late. Otherwise, you have to schedule a new appointment.
At least 40% of lash extensions must be remaining at time of appointment to be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered a full set. Sorry, we do not accept foreign fill for quality purposes.

Sorry, we do not offer refund , but we will offer a removal at no charge, if you develop an allergy .
For safety purposes, NO children or extra guests allowed in the room.
